a little explosion of flavor in your mouth. Madeline's uses only the
finest ingredients available. Pastry Chef Lisa Brooks creates
and tirelessly tests every item to ensure your experience is a
pleasurable one.
Even before first grade Lisa knew she was going to be a chef. Lisa
trained at Johnson and Wales University graduating with a degree in
Pastry Arts in 1995. She has worked in several restaurants and hotels, a
small pastry shop, and assisted a friend launch her own wedding cake
business.
She now runs Madeline's Bakeshop, and it is located in Chicago,
Illinois. We deliver to the Greater Chicago Area and ship selected
pastries within the continental United States.
